We work with design professionals who have the vision but need assistance to bring it to life. We strive to deliver the best service possible service and our award-winning workroom always comes with the highest-quality products, and advanced technology to get the job done right.
From there, we can create true-to-life renderings of the space with the finishes and fabric you have designed using our state-of-the-art software. This will allow you to take an accurate rendering back to your clients to get their final approval.
Once all the details have been finalized and you are ready to proceed with the order, we will email you the finalized quote (which you can sign electronically), send you an invoice for the deposit, and inform you as soon as your fabrics and trims to start arriving. We take care of ordering all the supplies required for your project and we work with other subcontractors such as the home automation integrator or finish carpenters to make sure every aspect of your window treatment design will fit and function perfectly.
Before we make the first cut we research and consider everything. From the placement of a pattern on a drapery, to how pleats will showcase the fabric, we take into consideration the flow and function of the space to create exactly what you envision.
Right down to the smallest ribbon detail, each treatment is crafted with the utmost care. We take the time to inspect each fabric fully, considering the finishes necessary, to make sure that for example every roman shade rises and lowers perfectly each and every time.
From the largest architectural projects to the smallest residential renovation, our workroom is equipped to handle windows of every shape and size.
We want to make sure installation day proceeds smoothly. We handle scheduling our installer or you can use your own installer. Either way, we double check everything in plenty of time before the installation from bracket and ring counts to finished widths and lengths. Before the install, we check to make sure every Roman shade rises and lowers perfectly each and every time. Rechargeable motors are fully charged before leaving our workroom.
Our installers will dress and steam (as necessary) each window treatment and remove all packaging and debris before leaving your client’s home or commercial space.
